RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Thank you for shopping at Keen Home Design. We want you to love
your rug. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

RETURN WINDOW
You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return.
To be eligible, the rug must be unused, in its original condition,
and in its original packaging.

HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN
Email us at info@keenhomedesign.com with:
  • Your order number
  • Reason for return
  • Photos of the item (if applicable)

We will provide return instructions and a shipping address
(Batavia, Illinois warehouse) within 1 business day.

RETURN SHIPPING
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

REFUND PROCESSING
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process
your refund within 7 business days. The refund will be issued
to the original payment method. Please allow additional time
for your bank or card issuer to post the refund.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
  • Items marked "Final Sale"
  • Custom or made-to-order rugs
  • Rugs damaged due to misuse, improper cleaning, or normal wear

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If your rug arrives damaged or defective, contact us within
7 days of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement
or full refund at no cost to you.
