We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received them. Full details are on our refund policy page.

Most of our rugs come in multiple standard sizes from runners (2'2" × 8') up to large area sizes (9' × 12' or larger). Available sizes are shown on each product page.

A few quick rules of thumb:

• Living room: The rug should reach at least the front legs of your sofa. For an open-plan look, all furniture sits fully on the rug.
• Dining room: Choose a rug at least 2 feet wider than the table on every side, so chair legs stay on the rug when pulled out.
• Bedroom: A rug under the lower two-thirds of the bed, extending 18–24 inches on the sides, gives a soft step-out in the morning.

Yes. Most of our rugs are designed to fit in a standard home washing machine. Use cold water on a gentle cycle, then tumble dry low. No professional cleaning required.

For everyday spills, blot with a clean cloth and rinse with cold water. For tougher stains, a mild dish soap and warm water usually does the trick. For deep cleaning, machine wash on cold and tumble dry low. Avoid bleach and harsh solvents — they can dull the colors over time.

No. Our rugs are low-pile flatweave construction, so they do not shed fibers like traditional thick-pile rugs. This is part of why they hold up so well around pets, kids, and high-traffic areas.

Our rugs are woven from premium polypropylene fibers — a tough, water-resistant material that holds dyes beautifully and stands up to daily use without fading. Polypropylene is also non-toxic and safe around pets, kids, and food preparation areas.

Absolutely. Low-pile flatweave construction means no fiber-pull from cat claws or dog paws, no choking hazard for crawling babies, and no edges to bunch up under furniture. Spills clean up quickly, and the whole rug can go in the wash if needed.

We recommend keeping our indoor collections inside. They are not UV-stabilized and may fade in direct sun. For patios, decks, balconies, and poolside areas, look for our Terrace Outdoor Rugs — these are built specifically for outdoor weather.

Our Terrace outdoor rugs are UV-resistant, water- and mold-resistant, and stand up to year-round weather. For snowy climates, we recommend storing them indoors during deep winter to extend their lifespan. A quick hose-down and air dry is all the cleaning they need.
